The modern stage of the society’s development is characterized by the change of technological mode, intensification and extensification of computer technologies. All mentioned above significantly influences the coevolution of sociotechnical landscapes (the STL) as the systemic elements of development. The risks regarding the possible scenarios of the STL development and transformation are observed. In this regard the topical problem related to evaluating the trends of developing computer technologies and tools within a certain information analysis model has been emerged. The study is aimed at elaboration and pilot analysis of the hierarchical string model of autocontrol concerning the STL coevolution under the conditions of digital reality taking into account the trends regarding the development of existing computer technologies. Solving the corresponding tasks has contributed to the achievement of this goal: analysis of the existing trends in the development of computer technologies in the society, elaboration and study of the STL control model under the conditions of digital reality, consideration of the landscape representation of applying computer modeling technologies in the medical practice of prevention and treatment of socially significant diseases (using the respiratory system as the example). Methods of gnoseological analysis, information and analytical modeling, methodology of studying phenomena in sociotechnical systems based on the synergetic approach have been used in the process of implementing tasks. The article shows the research results of the main world trends in the development of computer technologies and tools, which record and analyze the behavior of the social system (by artificial intelligence) under the conditions of digital reality. The author presents the leading realizers of initiative development programs regarding computer technologies in the world. The researcher proposes the information analysis hierarchical control model concerning the sociotechnical landscape aided by the strings-arrows of digital technologies, differing by the representation of information-control interaction of strata at different levels. The author gives the fragment of the STL landscape presentation for the social practice – medicine. The researcher draws the conclusion regarding the accelerated alternation of generations in the STL (human and computer components). The author has proposed a hypothesis concerning the development of the fourth signal system in the society as a phenomenon characterizing individual communication of the person with the mass multimedia information field supported by computer technologies
